Delivery & Placement

• Location safety: You must choose a safe, accessible spot for drop-off. The skip must not be moved from its delivery location once placed.
• Public roads: If the skip goes on a public road, double yellow lines or pay-and-display parking, you are responsible for obtaining a local council or An Garda Síochána permit.
• Lighting: You must keep the skip well-lit at night if it sits on a public road.
• Property damage: You assume all risk and liability for any damage to driveways, underground pipes or public property during delivery and collection.

Loading Rules

• No overloading: Skips must not be filled past the top rim or water level line. Drivers will refuse to collect overloaded skips due to road safety and legal limits.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for the skip and its contents until collection, and for any damage to the skip or caused by it.
• Wasted journeys: You are liable for any associated costs (such as failed collection attempts) or penalty fees if the driver cannot drop off or collect the skip because of blocked access or an overloaded load.

Prohibited Waste

• Not accepted: We do not take concrete, rubble, soil, stones, paint, asbestos, hazardous waste, fridges or animal waste in our skips.
• Hazardous materials: Chemicals, gas cylinders, fluorescent tubes and electrical appliances must not be placed in a standard skip.
• Organic waste: General food waste and animal remains are strictly banned.
• Right to refuse: We reserve the right to refuse to remove an overloaded or incorrectly filled skip, or a skip containing prohibited materials.
